100 Days of Art –  Supporting Live Art Now.

As we enter our 21st year of helping foment, instigate, cajole, and support hundreds of artists (including ourselves) in the process of making relevant, live, embodied art, the critical cultural activities of art-making, dialogue and cultural production face greater economic and political risks than seen in generations in the US.

Culture has to be imagined daily, recreated, reinvented and lived – and our collective work as artists helps maintain that essential and positive work of imagination, complex ideas and connection currently threatened on so many fronts.

To celebrate this 21st birthday year, we want to help instigate an outpouring of new work. We have always hosted artists for intensive production residencies and want to expand that from our current occasional self-subsidized offering, to a giant stretch goal of providing 100 days of supported residency time  for artists to do what that do best – make art between now and November 3rd, 2026.
